There's just one thing to add.

The dutch SIDC wants to bring as much as possible Scooby's on one parking lot. It seems to be that they're gonna try to involve the Guiness Book of Records http://bbs.22b.com/ubb/smile.gif

Yvo,

Wow.... Ferry price (http://www.stenaline.co.uk/traveluk/Stena_Line_UK/Prices_and_Timetables/Harwich-Hook/) is 165 for car and driver plus 22 for each additional person http://bbs.22b.com/ubb/frown.gif

As i'm taking three other people, I still hope to go as I can spread the cost http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smokin.gif

May be able to get a discount for bulk, but I doubt it http://bbs.22b.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif

Are you guys still up for it? Perhaps making it a weekend...Amsterdam isn't too far http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/devil.gif

Info from dutch BBS. (http://pub1.ezboard.com/bsubaruclub)

James,

---------------------------------

There will be a party with food and drinks. On the parking lot, there will be an attempt to park a record number of Subaru's sorted by colour and type. Officials will be there to do the count. Of course there is the opportunity to look at all nice cars on the parking place. I for one, would like to see some RB5's, STI's, P1's and 22B's !!

It's about 350 Km's (220 Miles) from Calais to Hoek van Holland, but you could also take the ferry from Harwich to Hoek van Holland. This fast ferry will take about 3 Hours and 40 Minutes. The maximum capacity is 350 Impreza's. http://www.ezboard.com/intl/aenglish/images/emoticons/laugh.gif For more info look at: www.stenaline.co.uk/trave...covery.htm (http://www.stenaline.co.uk/trave...covery.htm)

Hope to see you on May 13th,
Ed.

What a great weekend... thanks to the Dutch guys for making it so enjoyable.

In true tradition, we were the last to leave being kicked out of the bar at midnight... http://bbs.22b.com/ubb/wink.gif

There was talk of an international meet in France next year. If its as good as this, it would be well worth it. If its close to Calais, you should get more Brits coming over http://bbs.22b.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

Photos soon.

James.
