Rob,

Can you post more about your or any other airport days?

Interested in taking the Scoob somewhere with lots of run off, I've done the J Palmer day at Bruntingthorpe (http://web.ukonline.co.uk/greg.hilton/html/jpalmer.htm), and you can't go wrong there!

Also what kind of extra will insurance cost?

Hi Greg

Have a look at www.easytrack.co.uk (http://www.easytrack.co.uk)

I know that they're well booked but there was talk of extra dates & venues.

Greg,

Insurance, try Egger Lawson at www.competition-car-insurance.co.uk (http://www.competition-car-insurance.co.uk)

Last premium for Cadwell on June 1st was 35 + 4 for additional driver (12K cover)

Bonus of stand alone insurance is a claim won't affect your road premium.

Regards, John

Hi All,

I am in the middle of sorting out the airfield Track Days and will post them up ASAP.

I know how good the Palmer days are as I have worked there for the past 4 years!! http://bbs.22b.com/ubb/cool.gif although they have now sold off the STis V-Limiteds for 2000MY UK Turbos.

Keep an eye on Easytrack as well as I know the guys running the days and they are BRILLIANT fun!

Rob.

Rob

I'm trying to arrange a day at Abingdon in July, which should fill your needs exactly. I attended my first track/airfield day at Abingdon in the last 10 days, and loved it. Plenty runoff, huge wide tarmac strips and reasonable surface for tyres.

See my posting today.

Well the good news is I've registered for a Easytrack day and NFU will cover me as long as it's not competitive or racing!

Roll on the 24/7
